Is it time for a new winter activity? How about one that the whole family can experience together, and it’s FREE! Then, join us and invite your friends to participate in our new Family Yoga program. A certified and insured yoga instructor Linda Bristol will guide all ages through a customized yoga experience.
This new program starts
Saturday February 24th from 10:30am- 11:30am, and continues weekly to March 17th. This family program is designed for ages 4+ with a parent, grandparent, or guardian. Yoga mats will be provided for all participants and feel free to bring your own! No registration is necessary; simply show up and sign in. We look forward to welcoming you and your children.
